The NITRO programs and projects are made possible through a cooperative funding agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the State of Nevada.

NITRO programs and projects are available on a limited basis and only to eligible participants. Availability is subject to constraints of timing, funding and requirements specific to each program or project.

The Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED) reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine eligibility for participation in any of its programs and projects. It also reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether timing, funding constraints or requirements specific to a particular program or project will limit or preclude availability.
